About these terms

Liberway is operated by Pun Kai Chan, trading as Liberway. By accessing the service or purchasing the course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Liberway.

The service

Liberway provides educational video content about changing beliefs and behaviours associated with pornography use. Course content, features, and availability may evolve as the service is developed. We may add, update, reorganise, or remove content where reasonably necessary, while respecting access already purchased.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate information, using an email address you control, and keeping account access secure. Purchasers must sign in with the email address used at checkout so that access can be matched correctly.

Course access is personal to you. You must not share access codes, accounts, or paid content with another person. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or email has been used without permission.

Payment and course access

Prices and the access included are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise the stated one-time charge and confirm that you may use the selected payment method.

“Lifetime access” means access to the purchased course for as long as Liberway continues to operate and make that course available. It does not guarantee that the service, specific features, community features, integrations, or content will remain available indefinitely.

Refunds

If you watch the entire course and feel it was not worth the price you paid, email support@liberwayapp.com within seven days of completing the course to request a full refund. Include the email address used for your purchase so we can locate it.

Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, record, republish, sell, or distribute course content;
• circumvent payment, authentication, or access controls;
• interfere with the service or introduce malicious code;
• use automated tools to scrape or extract the service; or
• use the service unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.

Intellectual property

The course, website, branding, text, videos, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Liberway and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access purchased content for your own private use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Educational information, not healthcare

Liberway provides general educational information and personal perspectives. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. We do not provide treatment for addiction or any medical or mental health condition, and we do not guarantee that any user will reduce or stop pornography use.

Seek appropriate professional help if pornography use is causing serious distress, affecting your safety, or is connected with another physical or mental health concern. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but it may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on educational content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Terms concerning intellectual property, liability, and governing law continue after access ends.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Liberway.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects existing paid access, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before it takes effect.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers may have rights to bring claims in the courts where they live.
