About these terms

Liberway is operated by Okaira Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17518781), whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to that company. By using the app or paying for access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Liberway. If you are under 18, you should only make a purchase with the permission of a parent or guardian.

The service

Liberway is a self-help app for people who want to quit pornography. It includes video lessons, an urge tool with exercises and games, daily check-ins, relapse and progress tracking, private support messages, and an optional community. Features and content may change as the app is developed. We may add, update, reorganise, or remove features or content where reasonably necessary, while respecting access already paid for.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate information, using an email address you control, and keeping account access secure. Purchasers must sign in with the email address used at checkout so that access can be matched correctly.

Access is personal to you. You must not share access codes, accounts, or paid content with another person. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or email has been used without permission.

Payment and access

Prices and the access included are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise the stated one-time charge and confirm that you may use the selected payment method.

“Lifetime access” means access to the app for as long as Liberway continues to operate. If we later introduce subscriptions, people who paid for lifetime access keep it without having to subscribe. Lifetime access does not guarantee that specific features, community features, integrations, or content will remain available indefinitely.

Refunds

You can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your purchase. Email support@liberwayapp.com and include the email address used for your purchase so we can locate it.

If you withdraw your consent to our use of sensitive information within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund you in full. Your account is deleted when you withdraw, so email us from the address used for your purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, record, republish, sell, or distribute app content;
• circumvent payment, authentication, or access controls;
• interfere with the service or introduce malicious code;
• use automated tools to scrape or extract the service; or
• use the service unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.

Intellectual property

The app, website, branding, text, videos, exercises, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Liberway and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access purchased content for your own private use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Self-help, not healthcare

Liberway is a self-help tool. Its lessons, urge tool, exercises, tracking and messages provide general information, personal perspectives and practical techniques. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. We do not provide treatment for addiction or any medical or mental health condition, and we do not guarantee that any user will reduce or stop pornography use.

Liberway is not a crisis or emergency service, and support messages are not monitored around the clock. Seek appropriate professional help if pornography use is causing serious distress, affecting your safety, or is connected with another physical or mental health concern. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line straight away.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but it may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on the app's content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Terms concerning intellectual property, liability, and governing law continue after access ends.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Liberway. Using the service also requires your separate, explicit consent to our use of sensitive information. That consent is not part of these terms. If you withdraw it, your account is deleted and your access, including any paid access, ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects existing paid access, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before it takes effect.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers may have rights to bring claims in the courts where they live.
